If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Service Description

Frogdesk provides AI-powered telephone reception services for businesses. Our services include but are not limited to call answering, appointment scheduling, customer inquiry handling, call transcription, and call summary reports.

Our AI system is designed to handle customer calls professionally and efficiently, representing your business according to the information and preferences you provide during setup and ongoing service configuration.

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable service, our AI system is continuously learning and improving. We cannot guarantee perfect performance in all situations and encourage regular review of call handling.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, including your business name, services offered, pricing, availability, and any specific instructions for call handling. You must promptly update this information when changes occur.

You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payment Terms

Our services are provided on a subscription basis with monthly billing. Payment is due in advance for each billing period. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers for payment processing.

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects service availability, and we will provide advance notice when possible.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Call recordings and transcripts are processed and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Service Limitations

Liability and Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Our liability for any damages is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate services immediately for violation of these terms, non-payment, or illegal use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
